The Free HP Printer from Smart

I am happy to tell that my 2nd HP printer which I got for free from Smart when I renewed my contract is still surviving. Unlike my 1st one it became the hub of the mice. I felt dismayed about that because the wires and parts were destroyed and it came to the point that it turned into garbage. Now, my plan for the existing printer is to convert it into a different type so I can save ink, and that is what mostly printing shops are doing here. In addition, when I saw the printers in london after conducting my further research more on printers, it seems they`re doing well on their printing business. Well that`s a good news to hear!

3 Days Sale! There I Go

Yesterday after having an overnight sleep since I got home I decided to visit the nearby mall and made some shopping. I felt glad that the mall is having a sale but only 10-20% (wink). Well not that bad though. So the sale event according to what I have read is called 3 days sale.

For personal shopping stuffs here they are: a polo short and a khaki shorts. Hmmm...I spent more than an hour thinking if I am going to buy these or not. lol!

After the Driving Lesson

I just finished my session for today with the driving lesson and I am so tired. The good thing to look into as of this moment is the very good weather condition. Unlike the previous days I was so hesitant to go out from the cage because of the rain. Well as what other people say, the day must go on despite of the bad weather condition.

In some other thoughts, I am happy to announce that I had launched my new blog although it's not yet hosted in my aspiring web hosting site. Hopefully later I could find a cheap website hosting that would pass my preferences.

Since I am using this time the prepaid internet I am sorry to tell that I can't stay longer online, but surely I will be on the web often next time when I arrive home (home town).

I admit I am so obsessed in buying education books for my children. Till date I can't keep away my eyes from looking at the books displayed at the National Book Store every time I visit the store. Days ago after reading the book entitled Secret I hurriedly went to the children's books because I am eying for new ones as presents for my tots when I go back home this coming weekend. S0 while looking around the store I stumbled also on some of the Music textbooks, the next prospects in the coming years as soon as the kids will join in the field of music.

Anyway, aside from books it made me think also of picking up some toys for them since the little girl was requesting new toys when we were talking on the phone last night. My babies are so excited to see their presents. Few more days guys and soon I'll be there!

How to Center the Blog Title in Blogger Simple Template

I spent almost a day online searching the solution of my new blog's problem, the centering of its Blog Title placed behind the header image. The new blogger templates are now using CSS in which I am not quite familiar with the coding so it really rock my world for a while solving it.

Fortunately, after the tiring search I finally found what I need. Here is the procedure.

1. Log in to your blogger account.

2. Proceed to Template Designer then click Advanced

3. Next is click the Add CSS and place this text in green (found below) inside the white box

}

4. After placing the code you can see right away the effect, so if you like the result you can save it and that's it done.

So easy right? But sad to say that it almost crack my head. Grrrr... Anyway learning is a daily part of life.

I have the plan of republishing my 2 ads after the holidays but it seems impossible to do it anymore. I am so grateful what adgitize has brought to my blogs and now that the network has the plan of closing it I felt so sad.

No More IronKids Gummies

I was having trouble in letting my kids take their syrup vitamins before so when I visited hubby's hometown I decided to look for vitamins that my kids would be happy taking them. Fortunately at COSTCO there were a lot of gummy vitamins like IronKids and FlintStones Gummies which are suited for my preschoolers.

My children are so picky eaters, and in fact every meal is like a struggle for them. So because of that they really need vitamins supplements so they could get sufficient vitamins which the body needs daily. But now that the bought gummies are started out of supply at home therefore I need to buy liquid temporarily while waiting for hubby's supply.

Does anyone of you here have tried the mentioned vitamins for your children?

Another Lesson Learned from a Trusted Person

I felt so sad when the tenant informed us that the booster pump had stopped working few days ago. It made me wonder what was the reason behind it. I admit it is normal that a certain thing has an ending, but not too soon like what happened to our booster pump. My old neighbor/friend volunteered to buy that booster pump since I moved out already from there and decided to rent it out. The low pressure of water in the subdivision where we bought our house is reason why my booster pump exist, but only when we'd left and after the tenant made a complain to us about the water pressure there.

As a home renter of course water is very important than anything else. We've been in that position too so I really know how important water is in the house being rented. Anyway let's go back to my old pump. I felt sad about it because it burn out just few months after the installation. We've paid almost 13,000 pesos for everything, like pressure tank (21 liters), booster pump, installation fee, pipes and other plumbing accessories. The amount supposed she wants me to pay is Php15,500.00 and on the receipt is 12,000.00 of course I asked the receipt if how true is the amount. I conducted an investigation. I called the store where she bought the materials why everything is not in detailed and why it reached to the 12,000 pesos amount where if we're going to itemize it based on the price inquiry I had it will
not reach such amount. So what the staff personnel answered me was the buyer (which is my friend) commanded them to add there the 1, 500 installation charge which is hidden, meaning invisible from the receipt. It is not in their business why they added the charge there? The store name is Suki Trading located in Lapu-Lapu City. Are you familiar?Actually I still have the receipt right now because I keep it. I can file a complain this to the higher authority if I want but just you know- the hassles and the others.

To my friend whom I trusted sorry you don't deserve it. I should have believed and listened to one of your friends also within the village so this incident won't happen to me. But anyway another charge to experience from a person who always do business. Seems for her everything in this world is a business. Another thing that I don't like for what she did was purchased a so cheap no good pump and charged it to us in a very high price. Well there's a "KARMA" anyway and God knows our daily performance on earth so I just trusted it to the HIM.

My hair turned into dry few months after of hair relaxing at the beauty salon. Because salon is so expensive so I brought it at home. Meaning, I bought hair treatment and performed it by myself at home, but seemed didn't work well on my hair. I tried different products. Here we are December! What usually comes to mind if this month is Christmas, a season to shop here and there, right? Just correct me if I am wrong folks. I love shopping and I am pretty sure you do too. After processing my important transactions of my whereabouts the last few days I went shopping at SM for my kids. It was a holiday so there were lots of people shopping here and there. There was a long line at the counter and also at the fitting rooms. I don't like shopping in a scenario like that but I was just grabbing the opportunity while I was there in Cebu at that time.

I did a little shopping of kids' stuff the last time I went to SM Cebu. Run here and there like robot was the scenario on that day because of the limited time I got. I had blogged already about the school backpacks I bought in Spongebob character for both of kids. Now is the tumbler that they enjoy using since I handed it to them. It is for hot and cold water to preserve its coldness and freshness. Son is the Batman character while Barbie is for my little daughter. So cheers for them both.

I was panicked yesterday when our tenant informed our maintenance that there's some electrical problem with the house. I thought the problem is over when we left it but unfortunately not. If you are going to count the Christmas day from now, it is like just a wink of an eye. Time flies very fast folks. When I went to downtown days ago I already seen houses decorated with Christmas decors. There are different colors of Christmas lights placed outside the house that makes the house sparkle and so bright at night. It is so wonderful!

Ten years ago, by the month of September we already decorated our home with variety of decorations. But how about now? It is November and there is nothing even a piece. Oh, what's going on? I just want to roar the expenditures I had in the previous weeks in both school and home. After spending attire for the teacher's day celebration, the United Nation costume follows and that is on the same month of October. Well, that is part of the school activities which I understand but the teacher should also find ways to lessen the expenditure of the parents. The preschool tuition alone is already a big amount so hopefully in this time of crisis teachers should help the parents in terms of minimizing the school activity's expenses.

I am glad BL has over with UN celebration. So what's next? Christmas? I hope not that big amount of money to be contributed for their school party before the year ends. **sigh!**

So Irritating, Always Brown Out!

It is so irritating to think of having no electricity for the entire day. Unfortunately not only for one day but it's been on and off for months already. I don't understand the management of MOELCI I actually. They don't give announcements or any notices. If they do, maybe only in selected areas. Based on what I heard and my observation if there are any unexpected incident such as falling objects hit on their wires that can cause brown out especially in our areas, their actions take forever men. Again I don't understand! Are they lack of manpower? If so, why not hire more to give a satisfactory service to their customers?

MOELCI I is very active in disconnecting their customers if can't pay the 2 months bill. Does it mean that they're only good in that aspect? Oh, please! Please provide us a good service peeps. The ordinary individual like me who doesn't own generator would suffer the consequences of brown out. We are in a tropical country, so thinking of sleeping through the night without any fan or air conditioner is so uncomfortable and worst if have tots like me because I'll use a card board for the entire night just to give them an air.

I visited one of the nearest current housing project located near to the place where we had lived in Cebu. Hubby told me to do visit so here is the evidence that I went. The continuous development of different subdivisions in Cebu simply shows that it is booming. Some people buy lots of houses just for investment. So far it is really a good and smart idea to invest in such type of business. Though it needs a lot of money but this is the only investment that you can pass to your next generation and more upcoming generations. Well, do you agree?

By the way, here are the images I captured, the 2 storey-houses of Deca Homes. The thing that I don't like in this project is the buyer will do the finishing touches, like put tiles, do the room division; make the kitchen and a lot more . Unlike to other subdivision that is move in ready and all you have to bring are your appliances then you can start a new life in a new house.

Below is an empty space for the houses to be developed. I forgot to ask when they're going to start building in this portion. All I know is the selling if fast because it is near to the mall, airport, and the beach.

Few days ago I got a text from my phone provider telling about my bill. To my surprise I almost fall on the chair because the previous bill amount was multiplied more than tripled. I told hubby about it and he was surprise too. Well, who won't feel that way when sudden rise occur? We have an internet at home so we just connect my iPhone because I always use it for checking mail, tweeter, facebook, and some other purposes. The detail of the bill has not yet arrived so we don't know yet every details of the transaction done on the phone. Why they didn't inform us the buyer about the feature? When we looked at the phone settings, it says connected to our home internet but actually not. So whose fault is that? I made one withdrawal through Paypal although such mode of payment is unavailable at that time. I was hoping and waiting actually that things will go well in Microworkers. Until one day when I checked the status of my withdrawal I read another bad news, the site has removed Paypal. So what will happen now to my pending withdrawal and few bucks left on my account? Moneybookers? Hmmmm... I don't know that and I don't want to bother knowing it. It's not known period. Alertpay? So far I know only ppc sites are using it. Well, correct me if I am wrong. Sigh! Maybe my money that has been stocked in the hands of Microworkers will just go to their pocket. (sigh!) How sad! Right now, all I can say is Goodbye Microworkers!

Microworkers Problem with Paypal

I'm a great fan of Microworkers when I found out that they're a good payer. Even though they don't have higher rates but it's fine with me because their minimum threshold to withdraw is $10 which is not difficult to reach especially if you have numerous blogs. Paypal is one of their paying schemes for workers. Now they're having problem in it and I don't know what the reason is behind. I tried withdrawing few bucks through Paypal few days ago and until now still put on hold because Paypal is not available for this time.

I am still waiting for my money. How long Microworkers will let their workers wait? You know what I did I stopped taking jobs for the moment because of their problem with Paypal. They have other mode of payment scheme but I am not comfortable with those systems. Hopefully soon everything will be in order. (Sigh)

Online Surveys were Driving me Nuts!

I tried participating in online surveys since I got here in BC. At first I was thinking that I could make money in there, but unfortunately and to my dismay it is hard to achieve it. After the registration it says they'll give me surveys to do, which I actually received after a couple of days. What I don't like in doing their surveys is that they said they'll credit the corresponding points to my account after doing the survey. But you know what, after performing those surveys there's no points credited to my account and I noticed that many times. Oh it's just a waste of time! I tried different sites actually and some are just for sweepstakes raffle. Well, in their sites they put the winners but I don't think the listing is real. What do you think?

So now I've made a promise to myself that no more online surveys. They are just flooding my inbox with mails.

My Mom's Drive turned to 1 from PR 3, My Passion is now PR 2, The Food Tripper is now 0 from PR 2, Mom's Drive 2 is now PR 1 from PR 2 and lastly my mother blog My Thoughts in Daily Living is now PR 2 from 3. So isn't that a bad news guys? Tell me if not!

Few months left before killing my piggy boy. Hmmm.. I can`t wait. It`s been a while already since I started feeding it. Drought season came into my hands so piggy was starving for months. Could you imagine that long time of starving? Hmmm...What if that happens to you?

Anyway, with regards to my piggy, I need to continue feeding him for the incoming hot season in Philippines. I need to buy a new air conditioning unit for the other room.
