I have written in the past on the accessibility the Union Bank gives me. But lately I am having trouble again accessing my account in my EON. Hopefully this is just a temporary since as they announced they are having an enhancement on their system to give their clients the security in using their service online.
I contacted the bank support already through email earlier today after almost ten times trying to get through with the mail. Whew! It seems there's a bug in their contact form. Anyway, I am now waiting for their response since my account is now locked up. I need their immediate help.
