I felt so sad when the tenant informed us that the booster pump had stopped working few days ago. It made me wonder what was the reason behind it. I admit it is normal that a certain thing has an ending, but not too soon like what happened to our booster pump. My old neighbor/friend volunteered to buy that booster pump since I moved out already from there and decided to rent it out. The low pressure of water in the subdivision where we bought our house is reason why my booster pump exist, but only when we'd left and after the tenant made a complain to us about the water pressure there.
As a home renter of course water is very important than anything else. We've been in that position too so I really know how important water is in the house being rented. Anyway let's go back to my old pump. I felt sad about it because it burn out just few months after the installation. We've paid almost 13,000 pesos for everything, like pressure tank (21 liters), booster pump, installation fee, pipes and other plumbing accessories. The amount supposed she wants me to pay is Php15,500.00 and on the receipt is 12,000.00 of course I asked the receipt if how true is the amount. I conducted an investigation. I called the store where she bought the materials why everything is not in detailed and why it reached to the 12,000 pesos amount where if we're going to itemize it based on the price inquiry I had it will
not reach such amount. So what the staff personnel answered me was the buyer (which is my friend) commanded them to add there the 1, 500 installation charge which is hidden, meaning invisible from the receipt. It is not in their business why they added the charge there? The store name is Suki Trading located in Lapu-Lapu City. Are you familiar?Actually I still have the receipt right now because I keep it. I can file a complain this to the higher authority if I want but just you know- the hassles and the others.
To my friend whom I trusted sorry you don't deserve it. I should have believed and listened to one of your friends also within the village so this incident won't happen to me. But anyway another charge to experience from a person who always do business. Seems for her everything in this world is a business. Another thing that I don't like for what she did was purchased a so cheap no good pump and charged it to us in a very high price. Well there's a "KARMA" anyway and God knows our daily performance on earth so I just trusted it to the HIM.

That was just a very sad and frustrating experience. Sometimes there are just friends who are hiding under the word friend and later on will back stab you.

ReplyDelete@sir rob- yes it is a frustrating experience. There are people who are like that so I need to take an extra careful next time. But for this time I surrendered her punishment to God.
